I found an item online that I love; can you make it for me?
Unfortunately, DIMILOC is a designer brand and therefore only produces fashion for and from our own collections.

What if an item is sold out?
We don’t mass produce items therefore select items may sell out and are no longer available. However, our staple items may sell out quickly, but don’t worry, if a product is "SOLD OUT", be sure to email reachus@dimiloc.com to let us know you're interested and we'll notify you as soon as we get more in stock.

Can you alter/customize the design of an item in your shop?
Because the needs of our customers are always top priority, we aim to be mindful of such needs and incorporate desirable silhouettes and cuts. The original design of every item comes in standard size and length. Longer items such as maxis are offered in standard and tall lengths. Therefore, we do not fill custom orders or request. We are however open to hearing what our customers struggle with when shopping for their specific body types and will certainly take these concerns into consideration when designing future collections.

Do you have a 1-800 number that I can call?
DIMILOC is an online boutique; therefore we handle all customer service inquiries via email. We try our best to respond to all emails within 24-48 hours. If you have a question about the site, your order, or an exchange, please review our FAQ page to find out if your question has already been answered. If you are unable to find the answer, please email reachus@dimiloc.com.

The color that I received looks different from the picture!
We normalize colors to appear accurately on our monitors in natural light for Shop Mode items. All computer monitors show color differently, we can’t guarantee that the colors appear exactly the same on your monitor. When in doubt, please refer to product descriptions for color clarification.

Can I cancel my order?
Once an order ships it CANNOT BE CANCELLED. If the item has not shipped, cancellation request must be made to reachus@dimiloc.com with order reference #. If your item has shipped simply follow guidelines in the return policy.
